R.T.A (Road Traffic Collision)

This involves accidents on the road, vehicle and pedestrian collisions.

 

Work (Work Related Injury)

This involves any accident in the workplace (or on site) whist working under company supervision.

 

S.T.F (Slip, Trip or Fall Anywhere)

Anywhere in the UK except Scotland.

 

Med Neg (Medical negligence)

Anywhere medical staff has caused injury through negligence whilst under the hospitals/ Dr’s supervision.

 

C.I.C.A (Criminal Investigation)

Any investigation the police are looking into where the client sustained an injury.

 

I.D (industrial Disease)

Disease caused by the environment the client has been placed in (at home or work).

 

M.I.B (Motor Insurers Bureau)

Hit and run claims (pedestrian) or an accident involving a vehicle with no insurance.

 

R.S.I (Repetitive Strain Injury)

An injury sustained by repeatedly performing the same action on a daily basis. (Must have been employed at the company for a minimum of 12 months to have a valid R.S.I claim).

We do this by taking instruction from the client over the telephone which we then process in our Stafford offices. Any evidence/ Doctors reports etc can be forwarded by post should we require then. Their is no need in the majority of cases for home visits to take place during the initial appraisal process. The benefit to the client is obvious we do not use PUSHY SALES PEOPLE.
